Ten Health & Fitness has opened its largest studio yet in London's King's Cross area, offering dynamic reformer Pilates and a range of wellness treatments. The flagship location provides cryotherapy, compression therapy, infrared sauna bathing and IV infusions alongside the group reformer Pilates classes, physiotherapy, sports massage and clinical exercise for which Ten is known.
Eleven reformers are available in the dedicated studio with additional machines located in the fitness suite and private spaces for one-on-one training. The studio is supplied by Balanced Body, which manufactures effective, innovative Pilates equipment that meets the needs of all abilities and Pilates disciplines.
